In Person classes

Sundays- Gentle Yoga- 8:00 AM-9:00 AM

Tuesdays- Power Yoga- 6:15-7:15 PM

Thursdays- All Level flows- 6:15-7:15 PM


Golden Hour Virtual- live classes

Mondays & Wednesdays- 5:30-6:30 AM

Class Levels

Gentle Yoga (Saturdays, 8-9 AM)
Ideal for beginners and those seeking a slower, supportive practice. Focuses on foundational poses, breath awareness, and gentle flows to build confidence and flexibility. No prior experience needed.

Power Vinyasa Yoga (Tuesdays, 6:15-7:15 PM)
A dynamic class for those with some yoga experience, featuring strength-building sequences and creative flows. Includes advanced poses and breathwork to deepen your practice.

All Levels Flow (Thursdays, 6:15-7:15 PM)

Open to all skill levels with options to modify. Combines mindful movement and breathwork to leave you energized and centered, allowing you to practice at your own pace.
